All fees are automatically charged/debited the day after expiration of the current subscription or Free Trial Period, if any. The first charge may be a prorated amount determined by the date the Free Trial Period expires. Thereafter, charges/debits are processed up to five (5) business days before the end of each subscription period, for the following month's service.
